Trade Guidelines


The minimum order for our trade accounts is 2 cushions.   Trade pricing applies to those who are purchasing goods for an interiors or styling project.

Items can be incorrectly listed as ‘in stock’ on our website, if this situation does occur Evie and Skye will contact you immediately to find a solution. Evie and Skye will give you the option of a full refund, exchange of item or to put the item on back order if it is due to be back in stock soon.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled so please take care when making your selection.

All orders are shipped out of the UK and will be processed within one working day, however during busier periods it may take up to three. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We carefully package each product to ensure a safe arrival in pristine condition. If you place an order that contains multiple products, we will attempt to consolidate the order. Orders will be shipped via DHL and delivered to your doorstep.


Evie and Skye partners with DHL Express both locally and Internationally. We offer DHL Express shipping which guarantees delivery within 2 days for Mainland UK and 3 – 5 working days globally.  Please note that international shipments could be subject to additional duties fees. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information included so that you can check-in on the progress of the shipment.


We accept returns on all full price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused in the same condition you received it with all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for taxes and duties and the cost of return shipping.  In the case of a faulty product we will deduct shipping from your refund.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Evie and Skye tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

We accept returns on all full price items and your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.  Sales items are final sale.


Evie and Skye do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your original purchase and receive a refund for it, then place a new order online for desired items.


Evie and Skye track our returns to flag potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.


All of our cushion covers are made using natural fibres, which can result in small imperfections.  This is unavoidable and is part of the charm of owning a product that is made by nature and not by humans!

Prior to shipment every item is quality checked.  However, if you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. Evie and Skye will determine, whether or not this is a legitimate fault. Typically, small imperfections such as flecking are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.

In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.

All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.


Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or offer​.


All pricing is listed in British Pounds. It is within the rights of Evie and Skye to make pricing changes without notice. Prices listed may differ across various stockists and countries.
